Laundry Capital (Laundromax brand) seeks a part-time Customer Service Associate for our Providence, RI location. You will assist customers with laundry cards, machine selection, wash-and-fold orders, and retail purchases while keeping the store clean and welcoming.

You’ll also operate the register and help with daily store operations. We value friendly, professional communication, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a register and assist customers.
• Comfort with handling light lifting and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and purchases.
• Operate the register and POS system accurately.
• Maintain stocked retail items and report inventory needs.
