Job summary

Laundry Capital is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate for our Lowell, MA location. You will work in person assisting customers with laundry services, operating the register, and promoting retail items to enhance the store experience.

Expected to stand long hours, lift up to 35 pounds, and handle a flexible schedule, including overnight options. No remote work; paid hourly with a sales bonus potential and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Must be able to communicate with all customers and associates in a professional manner.
• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds and handle flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection, and purchases.
• Accurately operate the register or point-of-sale system.
• Maintain neatly stocked retail items and report low supplies to management.
• Keep the store clean, safe, and address any safety issues promptly.
