Laundromax is seeking a Customer Service Associate at our Providence storefront. You will be the face of the store, ensuring a clean, safe, and friendly environment while assisting customers with laundry cards, machine operation, and purchases.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register / POS accurately.
• Know products and suggest add-ons to customers.
• Maintain stocked retail items and communicate inventory needs.
• Report maintenance or safety issues to supervisor.
• Follow safety policies and wear a clean uniform.
• Handle emergencies and keep store clean and safe.
