Job summary

Laundromax in Fall River, MA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help with laundry card use, select machines, and process wash-and-fold orders. You will operate the register and assist with retail purchases to keep the store tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Accurately operate the register or point-of-sale system.
• Maintain knowledge of products and encourage purchases of additional items.
• Keep retail items stocked and inform management when supplies run low.
• Use log books to report maintenance issues and safety concerns.
• Follow safety practices and assist during emergencies to keep the store safe.
