Job summary

Laundry Capital in Providence, RI is seeking personable Customer Service Associates to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store. You will help customers with laundry card use, guide machine selection, handle point-of-sale transactions, and support daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time role offers flexible scheduling, the possibility of overnight shifts, a sales-based bonus program, uniforms provided, and opportunities to advance into shift lead or store manager positions

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle customer questions and concerns.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with laundry card use and machine selection.
• Operate the register/POS system accurately.
• Keep retail items stocked and clean, notify management when supplies run low.
• Complete log books and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow safety policies and attendance/uniform standards.
• Support a clean, safe store environment and assist with miscellaneous tasks.
