Laundromax at Laundry Capital in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a Customer Service Associate for a part-time, in-person role. You will assist customers with card use, machine selection, and purchases, operate the POS, and help maintain a clean, safe store.

Ideal candidates are able to stand long shifts, lift up to 35 pounds, and communicate professionally with customers and teammates. Previous retail experience is a plus, and flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for up to 8+ hours per shift.
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds.
• Must be able to communicate with customers and associates in a professional manner.
• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assisting customers with laundry card use, machine selection and operation, retail purchases, and wash-and-fold orders.
• Accurately operating the register or point-of-sale system.
• Maintaining knowledge of products sold and encouraging customers to purchase additional items.
• Ensuring retail items are neatly stocked at all times and communicating promptly with management when inventory or janitorial supplies run low.
• Using log books to report building or equipment maintenance issues, and informing a supervisor of any unsafe situations during a shift.
• Following all safety practices and maintaining a clean, safe store.
