Job summary

Michaels is seeking a part-time Customer Service Team Member in Edwardsville, IL to deliver friendly service, help customers shop, and assist them in finding products while ensuring a fast checkout experience.

Responsibilities include stocking, truck unloading, planograms, and merchandise recovery. You will engage customers in the Rewards program, support BOPIS/SFS processes, and follow SOPs to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and find what they’re looking for.
• Ensure a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs.
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies; be a positive role model.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
