Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Service Team Member in O’Fallon, MO to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a well-organized store. This part-time role involves fast checkouts, merchandising, and contributing to store recovery.

You’ll help with truck unloading, stock replenishment, and omnichannel tasks like BOPIS and SFS while engaging customers in rewards programs and store events. Flexible hours include nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move boxes as needed.
• Friendly, helpful attitude and willingness to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Help customers locate products and answer questions with friendly service.
• Assist with unloading trucks, stocking shelves and keeping store clean and organized.
• Participate in planograms and store recovery to ensure a well-merchandised store.
• Support omni-channel efforts (Buy Online Pickup in Store, Ship From Store).
• Engage customers with Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
