You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, maintain planograms, and support omnichannel options like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).

Customer service excellence and compliance with SOPs are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willingness to perform stock, packing, and merchandising duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and help them locate products.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain planograms.
• Support Omni-channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
