Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store associates.
• Assign schedules and coordinate breaks; manage POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles.
• Promote loyalty programs and security compliance.
• Support shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
• Provide feedback and communicate priorities to management.
