• Promote an excellent customer experience and oversee front-of-store operations.
• Lead by example, interact with customers, and promote loyalty programs.
• Train and coach Associates on front-end principles and customer personalization.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage as needed.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain store cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with management on priorities and provide progress updates.
