Job summary

The Armstrong Group is looking for a customer service representative to handle inquiries by phone, assist with billing questions, and troubleshoot video products. You will enter work orders, update customer records, and communicate product features to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Basic computer skills and adequate typing abilities are required for success.
• 6 months of customer service, retail, or office experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills: friendly, attentive, articulate, and professional.
• Able to adapt quickly to changing work environments and learn new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Resolve customer inquiries over the telephone.
• Handle billing questions and video product/streaming troubleshooting.
• Enter work orders and tickets, updating customer accounts and contact info.
• Explain video product features and benefits to customers.
• Meet or exceed CSR KPIs: ATT, ACW, AHT, and FCR.
• Follow security and privacy protocols for customer accounts.
