• Welcome members and guests and help make Coworking Connection feel like a home away from home.
• Answer phones and questions.
• Help prospective members understand membership options.
• Give tours and help new members get signed up.
• Get to know members and what they do.
• Introduce members and foster connections.
• Help plan member events like lunches and happy hours.
• Find ways to surprise and appreciate members.
• Attend local networking events to represent Coworking Connection.
• Follow up with inquiries and convert tours to memberships.
• Maintain desks and common areas, including light cleaning and restocking.
