Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Community Team on member sales, tours and lead follow-up.
• Educate prospects on products and services and update CRM in real time.
• Generate preliminary proposals and coordinate with marketing and events teams.
• Conduct tours of the Schaumburg space and coordinate events and bookings.
• Maintain HubSpot data integrity and produce sales reports as needed.
• Support outreach campaigns and front desk coverage when required.
