25N Coworking is seeking a Sales Coordinator to drive member sales, manage tours and event bookings across our coworking spaces, and build a vibrant community in Schaumburg. You will work closely with the Director of Member Experience to nurture leads, coordinate space bookings, and support a fast-paced sales process.

The role rewards a proactive closer with 2+ years in sales, strong HubSpot/CRM skills, and a passion for connecting people with great workdays.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development.
• Able to close deals and drive revenue.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient with CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.

Responsibilities

• Field sales calls and tours for potential members.
• Update CRM pipelines in real time and manage contacts.
• Coordinate events and meeting room bookings.
• Post-sale client logistics coordination and catering coordination.
• Support marketing initiatives and outreach.
