Buehler YMCA is seeking a part-time Community Concierge in Palatine, IL. You will welcome members, answer calls and emails, assist with transactions, and help keep community hubs clean and welcoming. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Earned high school degree or GED.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and/or holidays, as needed.
• Top-notch verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual, English/Spanish highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged.
• Answer phone and email inquiries.
• Actively manage customer transactions.
• Support facility operations by partnering with local Community Hub leadership to ensure community spaces are clean at all times.
• Anticipate individuals needs in order to accommodate them and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock, as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
