Job summary

The YMCA is seeking a Community Concierge in Chicago to warmly welcome members and guests, handle phone and email inquiries, and manage transactions. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet community members and guests and make them feel welcome and engaged.
• Answer phone and email inquiries.
• Actively manage customer transactions.
• Support facility operations with Community Hub leadership to keep spaces clean.
• Anticipate individuals' needs and provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and order stock as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
