IWG plc is seeking a Part-Time Community Associate in Houston, TX. This on-site role focuses on helping customers daily, managing inquiries, and coordinating center activities to ensure a smooth experience for members.

You’ll handle administrative tasks, support events, and work to maintain excellent customer service while contributing to a collaborative workplace. The center operates during regular business hours, with flexible tasks across the day.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills with the ability to build relationships and empathize with customers.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ownership mindset and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the center entrance and within the center.
• Answer questions and assist with Wi‑Fi codes, packages, directions, and room setups.
• Process services and ensure accurate invoicing for center clients.
• Plan and help run networking events and post promotional materials in the center.
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming center environment and assist with issue tickets in the service portal.
