Job summary

IWG plc seeks a Part-Time Community Associate to support customers at Glendale Plaza in California. This on-site role (12 hours per week) covers 10:00am–2:00pm on Mon, Wed, and Fri, helping customers with inquiries, creating a welcoming center, and handling basic administrative tasks.

You’ll coordinate with the City Manager to organize events, manage packages, setup A/V equipment, and ensure accurate invoicing for services.

Qualifications

• A good communicator with strong relationship-building and empathy; ideally 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Ownership mindset and willingness to solve problems.
• Positive, enthusiastic, and adaptable to fast-changing situations.
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, bookings and on-site services.
• Coordinate center operations and assist with facilities needs.
• Support events, notices and center communications to members.
