This includes the playground, gym, fieldhouse, room rentals, and Park and Recreation programs. **Major Areas of Responsibility*** Oversee the Plymouth Community Center in the absence of a full-time staff.* Manage part-time building staff, ensuring they are completing tasks and following established policies and procedures* Serve as the primary on-site contact person for customers, birthday parties, programs, and rentals. This includes handling any conflicts in a professional and courteous fashion* Open and close the building as scheduled.* Assist with answering the phones in courteous manner.* Responsible for end of day deposits and financial reports* Oversee the daily event schedule to ensure proper room setups and customer needs are met in a timely fashion.* Monitors the building and grounds to maintain a clean and safe environment for all users.* Assist full-time supervisory staff in specific tasks including but not limited to rentals, events, programs, projects, or customer service.* Assist as needed with room setups, AV equipment, cleaning, special events, recreation programs, or other areas necessary for PCC operations.* Supervise all events and rentals in the building.**Minimum Qualifications*** Must be 18 years of age* High School diploma or equivalent* One year customer service experience.* Six months supervisory experience* Ability to work independently.* Availability to work nights and weekends.* Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
