Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and be at least 18.
• Experience and confidence using MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, including Wi-Fi, packages, directions, and room setup.
• Maintain center services and ensure accurate invoicing.
• Coordinate events and networking activities within the center.
• Open tickets and follow up on service requests in the portal.
