Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Good communicator with ability to build relationships
• Positive, enthusiastic, adaptable
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and at least 18 years old

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and manage daily center operations
• Assist customers with Wi‑Fi, directions, packages, and AV setup
• Process services and ensure accurate invoicing
• Organize networking events and coordinate invitations and posters
• Close the day by tidying the center and guiding customers to amenities
