Job summary

IWG in Las Vegas is seeking a Community Associate to help manage the center's daily operations and support members. You will greet customers, handle inquiries, and ensure services are properly charged while coordinating with the City Manager.

A typical day includes assisting with Wi-Fi codes, packages, AV setup, event planning, and maintaining a welcoming, productive workspace. This on-site role offers a 25-hour work week, a friendly team, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Own problems and resolve them proactively.
• Positive, adaptable, and able to handle fast-changing situations.
• Experience using MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work and 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries, Wi‑Fi codes, packages and directions.
• Set up AV equipment and assist customers with center services.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and proper service charges.
• Plan and coordinate networking events and send e-invites to customers.
• Help close the day by tidying the center and preparing for tomorrow.
