You will greet customers, manage center tasks, assist with printing, Wi‑Fi, directions, and invoice-related questions, while coordinating events and maintaining a welcoming environment for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to own problems and find solutions.
• Positive, enthusiastic and adaptable to changing situations.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain your own community within the center.
• Handle administrative and support needs for customers.
• Coordinate networking events and send invites.
• Assist customers with inquiries, printing, and other services.
