Job summary

IWG is seeking a Community Associate for our Pleasanton center to support customers, manage front-desk tasks, and coordinate center services. You will ensure a smooth client experience, assist with setup, and handle inquiries throughout the day.

Responsibilities include coordinating events, maintaining service quality, and working closely with the City Manager to promote the IWG network within the community.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer service in a front-desk or community-support role.
• Ability to use MS Office for daily tasks and basic IT equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in the center with inquiries, directions, and setup of services.
• Process and charge for services, manage mail and packages, and support events.
• Coordinate with Center Manager to plan and promote local networking events.
• Keep the center organized and ensure a welcoming environment for guests.
