Responsibilities

• Greet customers and support their needs at the center lobby
• Assist with setup and use of equipment (e.g., projectors) and issue tracking via the service portal
• Process inquiries, assist with packages, directions, and coffee/kitchen needs
• Manage center operations, including invoicing and service charge accuracy
• Coordinate networking events and communications for center customers
