Job summary

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals and document actions.
• Record entries in flow sheets, notes and charts with clarity.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any disclosures.
