Job summary

Creswell in is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plans in a Oregon facility. You will identify residents before treatments, document accurately, and report changes to the Nurse Supervisor. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and privacy as you assist residents with daily activities.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education minimum.
• A valid CNA license is required by state laws.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical skills are needed to complete records and reports.
• CPR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care according to resident care plans.
• Identify residents before procedures and document care accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain safety, privacy, and confidentiality of resident information.
