Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant license as per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristbands or photo cards.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets, notes, and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and protect health information.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care tasks.
• Prepare residents for medical tests and assist with transfers.
• Follow policies on exposure to blood and body fluids.
• Keep rooms prepared and ensure residents are comfortable.
