PORTHAVEN is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in Portland, Oregon. You will identify residents, follow care plans, and document activities while maintaining confidentiality and reporting changes to supervisors.

The role requires CNA licensure (CPR preferred) and the ability to assist residents with daily living activities, mobility, and personal care in a patient-centered environment.

Formación

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using ID methods.
• Record entries; keep information accurate and confidential.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment; follow policies and procedures.
