Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using ID methods.
• Record entries; keep information accurate and confidential.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as trained.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment; follow policies and procedures.
