Job summary

Sunset Villa Post AcuteSNF in Portland, OR is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per care plans. You will identify residents, document care, and report changes to nursing staff while maintaining resident confidentiality.

You will assist with daily activities, mobility, and comfort, ensuring a calm and safe environment for residents during shifts.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures.
• Ability to interpret instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws; CPR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristband/photos as necessary.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts in an informative manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility; ensure resident comfort.
