• Education: Minimum requirement is 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state law.

Responsabilidades

• Provide routine daily nursing care as per resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Document accurately on flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to supervising nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and privacy.
• Assist with activities of daily living and mobility as directed.
