Job summary

Sunset Villa Post Acute in Spring Hill, FL seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care and support to residents as per care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and ensure a calm, caring environment on shift.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, reporting changes in residents’ conditions, and upholding privacy and safety policies. CPR is preferred and teamwork with nursing staff is essential.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum of a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments, meals, etc. using wristband/photo card.
• Record information using approved abbreviations.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain accurate flow sheets, notes, charts with clear, informative entries.
• Ensure resident rooms are ready and comfortable; greet and escort residents.
