Job summary

New Albany Country Club in New Albany, OH is hiring a part-time concierge to work at our front desk in the clubhouse, delivering exceptional service to members and guests. The Concierge greets arrivals, answers calls, coordinates transportation and private dining room rentals, and provides information about club services and events.

The role requires hospitality and office experience, excellent communication, detail orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, including

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality customer service experience.
• Previous office administration experience.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival
• Answer incoming calls and address inquiries
• Coordinate transportation services for members
• Coordinate our private dining room rentals for meetings and meals
• Provide information about club services, amenities, and events
• Organize and complete daily reports
• Coordinate dining reservations and manage online registration for member events
• Coordinate and bill on-site member services as well as those provided by preferred vendors
• Track inventory of print marketing materials and create information packets
• Review and edit marketing materials for print and digital useCourteous initiation and direction of all inbound calls
• Other duties as assigned
