Job summary

New Albany Country Club in New Albany, OH is seeking a part-time concierge to work at the front desk in the clubhouse. The Concierge will provide exceptional customer service to members and guests and support front desk operations.

The role includes greeting guests, handling inquiries, coordinating transportation, dining room rentals, reservations, and member services. Benefits include competitive pay, health/dental/vision plans, 401k match, meals and parking, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience is required.
• Office administration experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival.
• Answer incoming calls and address inquiries.
• Coordinate transportation services for members.
• Coordinate private dining room rentals for meetings and meals.
• Provide information about club services, amenities, and events.
• Organize and complete daily reports.
• Coordinate dining reservations and online registration for events.
• Coordinate and bill on-site member services and vendor services.
• Track inventory of print marketing materials and create information packets.
• Review and edit marketing materials for print and digital use.
• Initiate and direct all inbound calls.
• Other duties as assigned.
