Job summary

New Albany Country Club is seeking part-time/on-call banquet servers and bartenders to support a variety of events in New Albany, Ohio. The role involves serving high-end clientele, maintaining professional service standards, and contributing to flawless event execution.

Ideal candidates will have at least one year of professional banquet experience, excellent guest relations, and the ability to work flexible Monday–Friday shifts with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience serving food & beverages to high-end social & corporate clientele.
• Provide professional and attentive service.
• Anticipate guests’ needs before and during events.
• Demonstrate proper service standards and event etiquette.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uniform care.
• Communicate clearly with guests and team members.
• Experience setting up and striking events, including guest tables and food & beverage stations.
• Maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food & beverages to guests at events.
• Set up event spaces, stations, and banquet layouts.
• Ensure service standards and etiquette throughout events.
• Assist with guest needs and special requests during events.
• Maintain clean, organized service areas and equipment.
• Assist in breaking down and resetting spaces after events.
