Qualifications

• Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience.
• Able to multitask with strong communication and empathy.
• Proficient with MS Office and basic IT equipment.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States and be 18+.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers at the center, answering questions and handling service requests.
• Set up AV equipment, assist with Wi-Fi codes, and direct attendees as needed.
• Process invoices and help maintain smooth daily center operations.
• Plan and coordinate local networking events with City Manager guidance.
