Job summary

Utah Valley University is seeking a part-time Catering Office Assistant to support catering operations and help create a positive dining experience for campus guests. This position assists with daily office tasks, including scheduling catering staff, answering phone calls and emails, organizing documents, and using Microsoft Office applications.

The role also helps prepare for and serve food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner events, including setting up and cleaning up event spaces.
