Qualifications

• Two or more years of college and at least two years of food experience, with supervisory duties.
• Alternate: four+ years of food service experience with at least one year in supervision.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree and three+ years in food service with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage catering inquiries, quotes, and event details for retail restaurants and events.
• Create and manage staff schedules for restaurant and catering teams; recruit and train students.
• Ensure food safety, proper temperatures, and sanitation logs.
• Develop sales opportunities during off periods; follow up on leads and past customers to increase catering sales.
• Coordinate with departments for event calendar, staffing, and customer communication.
