Qualifications

• Requires basic computer skills and the ability to learn new phone systems.
• Experience in hearing health field preferred.
• Experience working with senior citizens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and generate referrals.
• Attend and participate in trade shows and other events as assigned.
• Recruit and refer potential Installer/Trainer candidates to aid local installations and events.
• Complete service calls and maintain customer records.
