Job summary

Sorenson Communications, LLC is seeking a compassionate, customer-service oriented installer/trainer for the CaptionCall system. This part-time role involves in-home installation and coaching customers to use the CaptionCall phone to communicate confidently over the telephone.

The position offers mileage reimbursement, a tablet/phone provision, and a comprehensive benefits package including 401k with 6% match, TeleDoc, dental/orthodontia, vision insurance, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English (reading, writing, speaking, listening).
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Must be reliable, organized and punctual.
• Must be able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones in customers’ homes.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service.
• Assist with lead generation activities as needed.
• Represent CaptionCall at various events as assigned.
