Job summary

FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Part-Time Cannabis Advisor in Lawrence Township. You will greet customers, educate them on cannabis products, and support store operations in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role requires 21+ with 1–2 years of retail experience, a background check, and state badging as directed. Training on cannabinoids and product applications will be provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software (Word, Excel, email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local laws relating to the cannabis industry and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and usage as a wellness option (not medical advice).
• Help customers navigate product types, methods, and efficacy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workstation/storefront.
• Complete POS transactions and ensure accurate digital inventory updates.
