Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and comply with all local, state, and company regulations.
• Required to undergo a criminal background check and appropriate state badging.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment (computers and printers) and their included software.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and patients with a positive attitude.
• Educate customers on cannabis products and wellness applications (no medical advice).
• Build rapport to promote repeat business.
• Ensure accuracy of online orders before pickup and maintain clean work areas.
• Assist with inventory, merchandising, and compliance regulations.
