Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of retail or hospitality experience.
• Must be 21+ and comply with all local, state regulations.
• Criminal background check and state badging required.
• Desire to learn about cannabinoids, terpenes and product application/consumption methods.
• Ability to use office equipment and basic software (Word/Excel/Email).
• Learn and understand Federal, State, and local cannabis laws and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide cannabis education.
• Build rapport to promote repeat business.
• Assist customers with product selection and usage information.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure accurate inventory updates.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and store front.
• Ensure compliance with local and state regulations.
