C3 Industries is seeking a Sales Associate at our West Plains, MO location to deliver world-class customer service and drive sales through personalized product recommendations. You will guide customers through cannabis selection, handle POS transactions, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide top customer service and prioritize the customer experience.
• Meet/exceed sales targets using effective upselling and product knowledge.
• Greet customers and verify IDs at entry.
• Assist with questions on state forms; update customer info.
• Keep waiting room tidy and sales floor stocked during downtime.
• Educate on cannabis properties and selecting products for desired effects.
• Process online orders quickly with focus on experience.
• Resolve complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain knowledge of products, brands, and trends.
• Use and maintain POS system accurately.
• Follow cash handling policies and daily cash reporting.
• Assist with product intake, counts, and audits.
• Collaborate with management to boost sales and foot traffic.
• Ensure daily policy compliance (regulations, security, dress, schedules).
