The role requires strong product knowledge, reliable cash handling, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Experience operating a POS system and handling cash.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and verify IDs at entry.
• Provide product recommendations and upsell to meet store targets.
• Assist customers with questions on state forms and process online orders.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and orderly waiting area.
• Stay informed on cannabis products, laws, and trends.
• Operate the POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Collaborate with management to improve sales and traffic.
