Job summary
C3 Industries is seeking a Sales Associate for the High Profile Cannabis Shop in Pineville, MO to deliver world-class service and drive sales of cannabis products that meet customer needs. You will greet customers, verify IDs, and guide them through product selection with professional upselling techniques.

Qualifications
- 1+ years’ customer service experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
- Commitment to reaching KPIs.
- Able to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Must be 21 years or older and able to obtain state licenses.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon entry and verify IDs.
- Assist customers with questions on state required forms; update information in system.
- Process transactions accurately using POS.
- Maintain sales floor and stock during downtime.
- Educate customers on cannabis products and selection based on desired effects.
- Fill online orders quickly and accurately.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
- Keep product knowledge up to date and follow compliance policies.
