You will guide customers through product selection, process online orders, and ensure accurate cash handling and POS use.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service experience, strong communication, and willingness to work nights and weekends in a regulated retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs on a regular basis.
• Effective multitasker with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations is preferred.
• Pass a background check; 21+ years old.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers and prioritize their experience.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion goals using effective selling techniques.
• Greet customers and verify IDs on entry.
• Assist new customers with state-required forms and update information in the system.
• Maintain the waiting area and stock the sales floor during downtime.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and product selection.
• Fill online orders quickly while keeping the customer experience in focus.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on cannabis trends.
• Accurately use and maintain the POS system; follow cash handling policies.
• Assist with product intake, inventory counts, and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Ensure compliance with dispensary policies and regulatory requirements.
