C3 Industries’ High Profile Cannabis Shop in Pineville, MO seeks a Sales Associate to deliver world-class service and drive sales through personalized recommendations. You will greet customers, verify IDs, educate on cannabis selections, and process orders with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance.

Requirements include 1+ year in customer service, a high school diploma, POS experience, and willingness to work nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling practices.
• Commitment to reaching KPIs on a regular basis.
• Effective multi-tasker with demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work independently with little or no direct supervision.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of state and local regulations is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a background check and be 21+.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain required state licenses based on work location.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of service to customers as priority.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and conversion rate goals as defined by store leadership.
• Greet customers on entry and verify IDs.
• Assist customers with questions on state forms; update customer information.
• Maintain waiting room and keep sales floor stocked.
• Educate customers on cannabis properties and genetics for desired effects.
• Fill online orders quickly while prioritizing customer experience.
• Handle complaints professionally; escalate to management when needed.
• Maintain product, brand, and strain knowledge; keep up with trends.
• Accurately use and maintain POS system; follow cash handling policies.
• Assist with product intake, inventory counts and audits.
• Collaborate with management to increase sales and foot traffic.
• Support daily compliance with dispensary policies and schedules.
