You will guide customers through cannabis products that fit their needs and help ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service, ability to handle cash, and familiarity with POS systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to meet KPIs and targets.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background check.
• Knowledge of state/local regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and drive sales.
• Greet customers and verify IDs.
• Assist with questions on forms and update info.
• Maintain waiting room and stock on the floor.
• Educate on cannabis properties and product selection.
• Fill online orders quickly and accurately.
